Kanye Arrested at L.A.X.

Sept. 11--With today being the seven-year anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, airport security nationwide has been on heightened awareness. CNN.com reported at approximately 8 a.m. rapper/actor/producer Kanye West was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport for alleged vandalism against a photographer.

Reports are saying that West got into an altercation with the photographer before the Chicago native and his manager went through airport screening. As a result of the confrontation, the photographer's $10,000 camera was broken.

Airport spokesman Marshall Lowe said West may be booked later this evening.
